Insurance and Billing
- Payment is expected at the time of service.
- We accept checks, cash, or Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. Payments by credit/debit card can also be made in person or over the phone during normal business hours.
- We also offer a flexible third party payment plan through Care Credit (see financing options below).
- As a courtesy, we can submit claims to your dental insurance company for you, for your convenience.
- We are currently "in-network" providers for Delta Dental, Moda PPO and Premier plans as well as Cigna DPPO and Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon.
